1860'S + LATER DATED
SET OF 3 CAST PATTERNED WALL MOUNT MATCHHOLDERS
Set of three cast patterned wall mount Victorian match holder. One is period 1860's, the other two of indeterminate age, most likely of mid-20th century manufacture. Varying sizes, the largest brass double pocket matchholder on the top left in the first photo is approximately 7" by 4". All are signed with a patent date of Jan 15 1867 on the reverse, but in this grouping only the all cast iron match holder pictured at the top right of the photo is a period 1860's match holder. All are undamaged with no cracks or breaks; all have strikers and are usable to hold and light matches for your fireplace or your kerosene oil lamps. All for one price, nice set of Victorian (and other) cast patterned match holders to add to your decor.
