    Paper cover shows wear to edges/corners/spine; creasing, dog ear corners, stains, small rips or tears, a ply of paper on front lower corner has been torn off but other layer of paper still remains.  There is a tear along bottom spine approx 2 in long and small pinpricks on spine as well Inside pages tight and intact but show paper discoloration, creases, crinkling, and black stains,  No ripped pages noted but small rips on back bottom cover as well as on several of the back pages.
