  • Condition: The poster has been well preserved, no stains, marks, folded in 4 creases, and a small cut in the lower part of the poster where the crease is and one in the central part of the poster, where the four "parts" join, there is a bigger cut. General condition is very good and the cut or tear cannot be seen when it is open. It is close to 70 years old so in good shape, but still 70 years old...

    Description

    RARE 1951 American Automobile Association DC Division "BE SEEN, USE A REFLECTOR" Poster. Good used condition, was folded in 4 so has some minor creases, no stains, marks, or big tears, but it does have a small cut in the lower part and a small cut/hole in the center (which is not noticeable) where the 4 "sides" of the poster fold. Please DO see the photos for more details.  Poster measures 21-1/4 inches X 17 inches, marked on the bottom "Winners Series, Sixth National Poster Contest, Drawn by Irene E. Tymczipzyn, Riverside High School, Buffalo, New York". Wonderful early original piece, great addition to your collection, or as an excellent display.
