For your consideration is a lot of 4 vintage Frankie Goes To Hollywood bumper stickers produced by The Hit Parade/Bi-Rite Enterprises in 1984. These source from a warehouse find of older, uncirculated stock. The adhesive on these is still sticky, but I'm not sure how well it would adhere to something over time.
