AMP Crankcase Ventilation System. This provides a SOLID solution to eliminate unwanted crankcase
pressure and effectively eliminate any power robbing crankcase pressure. This is also a nice way to
clean up your engine bay for more room for modifications. This is the best way to be sure your engine
is getting the cleanest oil residue free air ensuring the strongest combustion and best engine efficiency.
This will also stop the normal oily residue and sludge that collects in the intercooler and factory
intercooler pipes. Service Free Crank Case Vent that includes a complete Venturi System to give an
easy installation without having to buy additional parts or unnecessary trips the to the autoparts store.

exhaust system with a 1" barbed -10 fitting for a plug n play installation.

Installation Time/Difficulty:
Weld-in Design installs in 30 Minutes
Step 1 - You will need to remove the high-pressure fuel filter from its location and tuck the lines out of the way.
Step 2 - Remove the corrugated hose at the turbo side connection and the CCV canister connection. This is
a twist style connection. Roughly a quarter turn
counterclockwise to be able to remove it properly.
Step 3 - Remove the four 10mm bolts that hold the CCV canister in place. The first bolt is
on top near the fuel
filter housing. The second one towards the front bottom side and
the last 2 are on the rear bottom side. Be sure
of the exact location of the bolts before you get started.
It takes a bit of maneuvering to get the canister out.
Step 4 - Install the CCV and Block Off Plate with supplied hardware in the corresponding holes of the intake
manifold.
Also, install the supplied silicone cap on the intake in place of where the CCV tube was.
Step 5 - Attach the supplied hose and route it down under the vehicle.
Step 6 - Now you can locate the best place to install the
SS Exhaust Venturi into your exhaust system where the
hose can have the least amount of tension and be strapped or mounted to the frame.
Step 7 - Once you locate the best place then you drill your hole and mount the bung in the proper location be sure
to weld the short side of the bung to the front of the vehicle and the long side to the rear.
Step 8 - Make sure to tighten the venturi tube in place with the vacuum slit facing forward to create a strong vacuum
it's easiest to make a mark with a marker where the slit is in the venturi for maximum placement.
Step 9 - Now you can install the 1" Billet fitting into the supplied hose before attaching it to the exhaust system.
Now start your vehicle and check all the connections and you have now successfully completed the installation
of the
CCV
system and will now be oil-free intake and intercooler piping and getting the maximum performance from your
POWERSTROKE
