Purchased in 1990s from Howard Lowery Gallery Art Auctions, description on back is from original catalog. Cel size is 10 x 8 inches, the painted character is 5.5 x 4 inches in size. Cel paint in in great condition. The character Ludwig is in beautiful condition. Smoothly painted fields. Paint looks to be flawless. It is archival framed, 14” x 16”.
