This item is part of a collection stored in a closet for over 30 years in a non-smoking household and recently discovered after my brother's death. He carefully packaged and stored the items when his interest moved on to beta testing first generation computer games for Commodore and Atari. Please also view the many other D&D items we discovered he had saved from his childhood.

This booklet is in excellent condition, with all pages present and intact with original spine staples. There are no tears, folded pages/corners, and the only writing is the crossed out owner's mark on the inside front cover (see pictures).
