This sale/auction includes the following item:

This is a first printing of this hardcover guide, according to the second page of the book, at the bottom, dated April 1995, and it’s by TSR, Inc.
Condition of item:
Light wear on the front and back covers, as well as on the spine. Corners show light wear, but it’s actually from being moved and shelved over the years, not from usage. Guide was glanced at occasionally, but not used in game settings, as I simply ran out of time to play D&D, as life is so busy for myself and my family, now. The pages are very clean, no pencil or pen marks noted anywhere I’ve checked. There might be slight yellowing on the edges of the pages from aging, but it’s difficult to tell. No smell of mustiness or smoke (I’ve never smoked).
