Antique metal with celluloid wrap match safe advertising the Washburn, Crosby Co. "Gold Medal Flour".  The match safe has a striker on the bottom and is marked with the maker "The Whitehead & Hoag Co Newark, NJ" on one side along the bottom.
Antique item in good condition with vintage patina and tarnish, a strong hinge, and no dents or breaks.  Please see photos.
