Antique bisque match cigarette toothpick holder with striker tray
Unusual antique holder that appears to be made to hold matches and perhaps cigarettes. The divider between the match holders and the area where used matches could be deposited seems to be made to provide the striker. Marked VII 282 on the bottom. The little cups have faces on each side. There is one removable plug to hold matches (or toothpicks??). The other side may be used to hold cigarettes. 4 1/2 X 5 1/2 inches. Very good condition-some of the gold trim is worn away.
