    Antique Cast Metal Bear Match holder SAFE with Burnt  Match disposal SECTION, Measures approximately 3 inches tall, 3 1/14" long and the largest opening is approximately 1 1/2 inches in diameter.  I don't know the medal content.  The medal is very heavy and it does not stick to a magnet.  It has been in my husband collection many years. The felt was attached to keep it from scratching wood furniture.
