Sweet faced boy child gondolier oar is striker basket with applied rose and leaves is holder for the matches. Heavy piece. Stress cracks ( 2) in boat,and basket ( this occured when it was made) No repairs or excessive wear. Measures 4" h x 5 1/4" x 3" deep. Signed 4289 and Shield symbol.
