    This  match safe comes from an estate sale that included a huge collection of rare antique match safes and holders. This figural safe is in the shape of a lion's head.
    It m
    easures approximately 2" x 1-3/8"
    .  The lid has good working hinge but is very loose and rattling.  It does, however, stay closed.  The top of the lid is dented.  Old matches inside.  Nice detail to lions face.  See photos.
