Antique Germany Bisque Wall Match Striker/Holder or the second Nebraska State Capitol 1890's I'd assume.
NO damage issues or signs of abuse and for this to have survived is pretty remarkable; this is the only one I've seen.
Match holder and safety match striker on the bottom.
Stamped on the bottom
Rudge & Guenzel an early department Store and Lincoln fixture for hardware and full household sundries and clothing.
Generally these were given as a
lagniappe to a customer.
