Antique Metal Match Holder Safe Vesta Figural Huntsman - From England or France?
Really unique, belonged to my great grandfather...story is that he returned home from a trip to Europe with this piece, won it in a poker game!  Pretty sure it is a painted pot metal, not cast iron as it is not magnetic (weighs 8+ oz).  Figural jolly bearded man's head/top hat with hunt horn front decoration, insert appears to be brass.  Piece measures 3" high x 2 1/4" wide/deep, unmarked.  Condition is as pictured, some surface and edge wear/paint loss from age/use, surface oxidation insert.
