    Embellish your railing with this stately black baluster collar from Deckorators®. The collar fits over Deckorators Classic round balusters, which are 3/4 inch wide, and gives your railing the look of high-end wrought iron. The collar will need to be placed over the baluster before the top railing is installed, so plan ahead. Screws are included to keep the baluster collar in place. Heavy-gauge aluminum with a hard-wearing powder-coat finish. Baluster is not included.
