    This is a Very Rare Disney MGM-Studios Animation Gallery Cel from the Ink and Paint Department Titled Genius at Work and Released 1996 and Retired in 2000 as a Limited Edition and features Mickey Mouse holding artist brushes along with another two Mickey's in the Background. It is an Hand Drawn and Hand Painted Cel from the Ink and Paint Department at Disney MGM Studios and only available for a short time.
