It's a Walt Disney Arts Classic sericel. It's titled "Beware Of Hitchhiking Ghosts". This was limited to only 1000 ever produced and signed. The certificate of authenticity is on rear of cel and sealed. If you zoom over pic of COA you can read the specifics of cel. The cel is in mint condition. This is a gorgeous cel and must have for any Haunted mansion fan. The frame roughly measures 17 by 27. This piece is signed by the voices of Mickey and Minnie.
The two signatures belong to the original voices of Mickey and Minnie Mouse - Wayne Allwine and Russi Taylor
Who actually met at Disney and married each other.
