This a whimsical original hand-painted animation cel of Edgar the butler. Fishing rod in one hand and squeaky shoes in the other, Edgar sets out to retrieve his precious hat.
Napoleon is proudly wearing Edgar’s hat and Edgar is bound and determine to get it back.
