Signed Pooh & Piglet Sericel Disney Cel,
Framed and ready to hang!
Titled Best Friends, this cute cel features Winnie the Pooh holding hands with Piglet. Created and Sold out by Disney in the mid 1990s. Cel size is 14 x11 inches with the frame size being 22x 18 inches.
BONUS #1:
Sericel was originally issued by Disney without a background. Toon-city elves have created this custom background to be displayed with this cel.  When we added the background we decided to replace the Plexiglas with New Plexi.

hand signed autograph by Pooh & Tigger's voice.... Jim Cummings
. Jim has provided the voice of these 2 characters since 1988. All hand signed at a in-person signing. Great to have the signature ON THE CEL, rather than the matting. Comes with photo of signing attached to the back.  Jim also voices Winnie the Pooh in the Christopher Robin 2018 movie with Ewan McGregor.

What is a sericel?
A Sericel
is a serigraphy process that involves silk-screening each individual color to the cel, one at a time. Every distinct shade is a separate screen, and a separate pass in the procedure. As a result of this fine art operation, each color is flawlessly reproduced. Sericels are also created in limited quantities, typically 2500 to 5000 pieces and sometimes even 9500. Because of their larger edition size, sericels are the most affordable type of animation art, ideal for the beginning collector. The word Sericel is a contraction of Seri-graphed Cel.

(born November 3, 1952) is an American voice actor and singer, who has appeared in almost 400 roles. He is known for voicing the title character from Darkwing Duck, Dr. Robotnik from Sonic the Hedgehog, Pete, Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, Bonkers D. Bobcat and the Tasmanian Devil. He has performed in numerous Disney and DreamWorks animations including Aladdin, The Lion King, Balto, Antz, The Road to El Dorado, Shrek, and The Princess and the Frog. He has also provided voice-over work for video games, such as Icewind Dale, Fallout, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Baldur's Gate, Mass Effect 2, Star Wars: The Old Republic, World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria, World of Warcraft: Legion, and Splatterhouse other voice characters voiced as Biker Mice from Mars, Iron Man, Spider-Man: The Animated Series, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, The Incredible Hulk, Batman: The Animated Series and Fantastic Four.
