original 1987 Disney hand painted TV production cel from "Sport Goofy in Soccermania."
We purchased this cel at Animation Gallery in Epcot in 1997.
It was unframed and we immediately had it framed with museum quality acid free matting and museum plexiglass.
The cel bears the Disney seal. This is original and was the only item available from Sport Goofy in their cel sample book in 1997 at the Animation Gallery in EPCOT.
The framing measures 19 inches long and 15 inches wide, and the cel is approximately 11.75 inches long and 8.75 inches high.

This cel features the "Beagle Boys" a group of ruffians trying to get Goofy. Cels with this many characters are RARE.  Since the advent of CGI technology, Disney no longer creates hand-painted production cels.
We have had the cel for 20 years in our climate controlled collectors room with no outside light and smoke-free.
