    Description

This is an original sericel or seigraphic cel produced at the Walt Disney animation studios in Burbank, California. It is one of the original animation cels used in a 1963 Disney educational film entitled: "America and Steel" and was produced in 16mm format.
This film used live action and animation segments with Donald Duck. Disney's Mary Poppins movie, with the dancing penguins sequence, is a similar use of combining the live action of Dick VanDyke with the animated penguins.
This cel was purchased at a Disneyland gift shop in 1968. It does have some paint bleading issues around Donald and the coal barrow has some paint separation but these issues are repairable or can be left alone. The value of the cel remains high since it is a one of a kind.
Please note that my photos are showing a wavy plastic mat, which is not the case. I had to pull back on the clear film covering in order to take my photos. This created this effect and excessive glare. The cel is clear and flat.
