I use the Ebay Global Shipping program for all items purchased by customers outside of the United States. Please contact Ebay customer service for quotes or assistance on combined shipping. I will not opt out of the global program if requested from a buyer. Buyers are responsible for all shipping/import charges incurred through ebay.  I will not discount items as a way to offset global shipping charges.
