    Description

An early 1900’s kitchen wall wooden barrel Schradin & Walther, Shandon, Ohio, advertising match stick holder.  The match holder has a match scratch pad below the wooden barrel.  The holder states
    ”SCHRADIN & WALTER, SHANDON, OHIO,
    YOU CAN USE
    A BARREL OF YACKS,
BUT WILL NOT NEED A BARREL OF MONEY IF YOU TRADE WITH US.”
The wooden barrel match stick holder is 2 x 6 x 1 ¾ inches in size.  The wood has a 1 ½ inch old crack at the bottom edge (probably from the stress of the barrel being originally attached).
This crack does not really show on the front of the holder.
Otherwise, the holder is in nice condition, especially for the age.

    Thanks for looking.
