    Description

    ELKAY DSSBF8S Standing Bottle Filling Station New Open Box. Unit had torn flaps on bottom, flaps replaced, a new insert was created and installed in the box..  Unit appeared to have scratches/scuffs on the panel surfaces. Close examination showed that the scratches/scuffs, are only on the plastic film used to protect the panels. This film is to be removed from all surfaces.  Follow directions in the manual.
