Made by Insultech for local transit buses. I have 4 models available. This fits over 5 inch exhaust to keep the heat in the system so your emission system works better in colder climates. It also will help in warmer climates to keep the areas around the exhaust cooler ( like your starter, transmission, etc. )
These were surplus units. I only have the 4 types, a short 14 inch with a bend at the end, a long 22 inch with a similar bend, and a 180 degree bend that is about 15 inches across on the outside
( this looks like it might fit over a turbo with a bit of work ) and a rectangle that is 15 x 22 inches.
I have taken pictures of each of these with a 5 inch pipe inside so you can see the scale. They are about 1 1/2 inches thick with a wire mesh inside, (the rectangle is a bit thinner). The straights have springs to secure them while the full bend has wire. The rectangle only has hooks.  I am pretty sure all the metal used on these is stainless steel.
I have looked all over the web and nobody has anything like this available. Sure there are kits that will fit headers or mufflers but not too much like these.
Please do not buy to try! If there isn't enough info to be sure of buying, just ask first.
I am sure they can be cut and fitted to many applications to keep the heat where it should be.

A quick note on shipping, I usually ship things very quickly after payment during the week, weekend orders usually ship Monday. I like shipping with the post office usually, they seem to be the fastest and cheapest overall. I sometimes recycle old boxes and packing materials so long as they are in usable condition.
