    Description

    GB Great Britain Scott 1103, SG 1282 variety.  The left stamp of the gutter pair is missing the Hyphen between seventeen and pence.  According to rush stamps in a note at the time (which will be included with the lot) this is a constant design error.  This is the Europa issue from Gb for the year paying tribute to classical music and this value to Handel and his famous "water music".  The pair is VFNH very fine and never hinged.  Finding errors varieties for a thematic collection is very difficult and so you should be adding this to you collection of Europa or music.
