MODCOMP/Motorola 84-W8475B01E VME Board
For sale- a Motorola 84-W8475B01E VME Board.
Actually I guess Motorola took the time to trademark VMEmodule so I ought to throw that in there as well.
This board was pulled from a MODCOMP rack, as you can see it has a MODCOMP logo on the lower removal ear or whatever you call it.
But as you can also see the board itself is marked Motorola.
So presumably Motorola made the board and MODCOMP put their logo on it, as well as COMM on the upper removal ear, so presumably a COMM board of some description.
The 84-W8475B01E number would appear to be the part number for a Motorola MVME 332XT based on another listing here on ebay, and they call it a VMEBus 8-Port Serial Communications Controller.
I do NOT see the 332XT number on this one anywhere, but I think the Motorola branded board would only have that on the upper removal ear and I would guess MODCOMP didn’t want to be advertising for Motorola in their rack.
Looks almost identical to the other board, with the slight variations probably explained by this one being a Rev. B and that one being a Rev. F is that makes a difference.
I am pretty sure I have more than one of these so if you need multiples please let me know.

Ebay (in their infinite wisdom) forces me to include a “Handling Time” in the listing which they then factor into the delivery time.
As a default I use 5 days to allow for the worst case scenario, which would be that I am out of town when you buy and then can’t find the item when I get home.
In most cases I ship the next business day after payment is made, and sometimes things even go out the same day.
I’m just not willing to commit to that timeframe for every transaction.
