MULAN (1998) - Disney Original 27x40 Rolled WIndow Clinger - SHAN YU

You are bidding on an Original Full Color 27x40 Rolled Window Clinger from the 1998 Walt Disney Animated Classic MULAN! This Window Clinger features Shan Yu, the ruthless Warlord Leader of the Huns and his equally ruthless pet hawk! These two are so evil, that they even stand in front of Mulan's main title credit and mostly block the poor girl's name from view (now that's REALLY evil)! The image is crisp and sharp and the colors are unbelievably vibrant!
This Original Full Color 27x40 Window Clinger was created by the publicity department to use for display in the theaters that were showing the film. The idea of "Window Clingers", is that they are designed to be peeled off the base of the poster, and stuck onto the doors (or other glass areas) in the theater to promote the picture! Since this Window Clinger was never used, you have the choice of displaying it in a frame as is, or actually peeling it off the base, and attaching it to a window or glass door in your home or office (and I have no idea how long they stay stuck, so don't ask!). I have owned this unique item for over 20 years, and now, it is time to find this very rare collectible piece a new home - preferably with a rabid fan of classic Disney or Mulan!
This Original Full Color 27x40 Window Clinger is in Excellent Condition with no tears or rips (and there are few Clingers around that haven't been used - or that are even identified properly as to what they are). The only consideration, is that the Clinger has lifted slightly from the base in the lower left (which is what Clingers are designed to do). But there is no material missing, and if you decide to display this item flat in a frame, the separation will not be noticeable - and if you choose to peel off the Clinger, the separation also becomes irrelevant (see photos). And we are a non-smoking home, so there are no bad smells attached to any of our items - however, please note that in this case, there is a slight smell of the printer's ink on the Clinger, since heavy inks were used to apparently keep the colors from fading in the sun. So, in this case, this smell is a good thing!
