The contents of the book are about as close to mint as you could expect & immaculate. All pages are super clean and in excellent shape.
Several pages have very minor ‘condition issues’.
Pages 96 & 97 have the word ‘TIME’ written small in pen
Pages 7, 175 & 190 have small yellow spotting
Pages 196 - 215 (which is the Alphabetical Recapitulation of Monsters) has pen marking along the bottom margin ‘A’ through ‘Z’ denoting the location by letter.
