Original Hand Painted Pinocchio and the emperor of the night from Production Cel SIGNED. This item includes a certificate of authenticity for the portrait. In terms of quality, this item has been stored and pre-owned however, it is not damaged. The only thing that is off with the portrait is that the black tag fell down to the bottom of the frame as seen in the photos. Overall though, this item is in good condition.
