  • Condition: I have no idea what this is. It is hand painted on some sort of acetate. It is plastic. I tried to remove some masking tape, but I decided I was not an expert. I peeked under the mat board, and I could not see anything. I didn't want to force it. It could have been purchased at Disney World? I can't see a signature. Just a mystery. Sold as is. I can just confirm that it is hand painted, and the owner had it framed under glare free glass. No frame or glass. Just what you see. You can see my reflection in the video because of the acetate, or whatever it is.
