Rare WDW Disney Paint-a-Cel, Beauty and the Beast From Mouseketoys. No Paint/Brush Pre-owned. Used to buy these at the Magic Kingdom and bring them home and paint them as a hobby.. They cover over half a wall in my son's bedroom, This one some how got put away in a closet and forgotten. By the time we found it again all of the paint had dried up. Therefore it's never been painted.
Set comes with 2 paintable animated cels from Beauty and the Beast. (Belle in the village, and the ballroom scene where she and the Beast dance). 1 instruction sheet, 2 Color Guides, on for each cel, 2 backgrounds/frames, and a Disney postcard used to order more Paint-a-Cels. All you need are a set of acrylic paints and a good paintbrush and you too can paint a Disney animation cel. Still has the original price tag attached. Nobody paints cels anymore not even Disney so these are a throwback to a time when hand painted cartoon cels were the norm in Hollywood. Nowadays it's all done by computer. These are easy to use, just follow Mickey's instructions and when your through you can hang your own masterpiece on the wall.
