The most complete turbocharger rebuild kit for Holset HX35 HX35W HY35 HX40 HE341 HE351 & HE351CW turbos. These turbochargers were popular on Dodge Cummins turbodiesels and other Cummins powered vehicles. (will not fit VE, H1C & H1E turbos) Kit is exactly as shown in picture.
Both type journal bearing included
– the HX35/HY35/HX35W/HX40 style and the HE351/HE351CW/HE341 grooved style bearing.
Upgrade Step Gap Turbine Seal included
.  This stepped gap seal provides a superior seal over the stock type oil seal ring. It greatly reduces the build up of power robbing deposits due to oil leaking through the seal into the turbine housing and on the turbine wheel.  If your turbo is an HX40 you may need two turbine seals because some HX40 turbine shafts utilized two turbine end seals. This kit contains two turbine seals - the Stepped Gap seal and the standard type seal.
Improved thrust bearing with large diameter oil feed holes
(see pictures). Nice quality kit. Complete gasket set included.
Gaskets are high quality fiber material with controlled-swell styrene butadiene rubber binder and can withstand 375°F temperatures. These gaskets will last unlike the low quality black paper based fiber gaskets you see included in most other rebuild kits.
