    Smooth surface (inside and outside) of this wonderful instrument is showing that this bowl has seen centuries go by. It happens very rarely when Manipuri style singing bowl could produce a “wha-wha” effect by swinging the bowl on the palm. This Manipuri is a “wha-wha” bowl. Strike of this bowl at the end of self or group meditation or a sound healing session is a perfect aid to get the listener back to the present moment. Excellent instrument for both beginner and advanced practitioner. Plays equally easy high and low pitch depending on your technique of rubbing the bowl either with the suede padded or wooden end of the playing stick.
    Frequencies: 254-256hz (C4-5hz). Monaural beats range Delta. 728-736hz (F#5-12hz). Monaural beats range Alpha. Other frequencies: 1372hz, 2162hz, 3075hz.
