    Beautifully crafted outside and inside large-size heavy and thick-walled Manipuri. Calm and bright sound. Very much recommended for private sound healing sessions, and also will find a good place with other bowls in a set-up for a group meditation. Equally good for beginners and experienced practitioners. Plays fundamental or overtone smooth and easy by rubbing the bowl either with the suede padded or wooden end of the playing stick.
