REBUILD KIT FEATURES & ADVANTAGES
Billet brass thrust bearing (Original one is made of the softer, pourous sintered brass.)
Twin oil feed holes (Original one is made with one oil feed hole. Added oil volume to the thrust bearing allows it to operate cooler. Also, if one hole cloggs, the turbo can still survive instead of suffering an immediate failure.)
Oversized thrust washer and contact area (Original thrust washer diameter is .485in. TURBO_CRAFTS thrust washer measures .550in. The load-carrying are is matched on the thrust bearing and increased 35% over stock so you can run high boost reliably.)
Heat treated compressor and turbine oil seals
Offset gap turbine seal creates a 'gapless' seal when installed and reduces oil burning
Compressor seal plate included with two new O-rings
Journal bearing retaining clips included
