A scarce,  match book cover and cigar cutter combination souvenir from the Capitol, Washington D.C.
American, ca. 1900 - 1930's.
Chrome plated nickel silver, with attached white metal shield showing the Capitol building.
Bottom tip works as cigar cutter upon closing the match holder.
Marked inside: Nickle Silver,  K & O Co.
Very fine used condition.
Both a neat cigar cutter and match book cover.
