Vintage English Victorian Brass Match Holder Vesta with Compass (non-working)

Description

A dishonest British seller did not tell me that in addition to the fact that the compass does not work properly, the small piece inside the lid is out of whack and although the tension bar is present, the lid does not close on its own.
You must wiggle it to fit it in place. I am therefore asking less than I paid for it.
Measuring 1 14/16ths inches by 1 6/16ths inches and weighing a bit less than one ounce, this match holder with a compass is still an interesting little piece.
There is a suspension loop to attach it to a chain. As you can see, I hope, there is some scuffing and signs of age, overall the match holder is in fair to good condition.
Postage should be around as it weighs less than an ounce.
