We're offering a wood and brass wall mount...Match Holder/Safe with a Striker on a chain!
There is a little brass tag on the brass striker holder that reads, "Made in Italy". We are so not used to Italy made items looking like this! We think the Match Holder has a Country or Colonial look! WE don't believe this is a "new" or "modern" piece by the way the wood on the backside looks and has aged/worn. Measures approx. 16" long and 6 1/4" wide. Brass match compartment, the knob at the top, the knob-chain-striker frame/holder...all brass. The rest is wood. Brass bracket on the back to help hang. The edge bumps and such are minimal. No major flaws. Has a great look and needs to be hung by a fireplace or wood burning stove again!
