Vtg Leather-Covered Card Case, 3 1/4"x2 1/4", Patina on Metal, Pre-Owned

This is a vintage leather-covered card case. Measures 3 1/4" x 2 1/4". There is patina on the metal. Previously owned. The only mark I can find is the number 2278, which is visible when the lid is open. The match safe is thin, perhaps only holding one row of matches.
