You can find the scene for this cel during the movie at approximately the 38 minute and 30 second mark when Roger is reading the love letter he wrote for Jessica to Eddie.
The cel itself is in excellent condition with crisp lines and colors.
The background is also in excellent condition.
The frame and matting is in good condition. The frame is structurally sound and ready to hang. The back of the frame's paper is a bit torn as can be seen in the photos. Also, the matting is a dirty looking in some spots.
