Historic WWII Pacific US Navy action painting was commissioned in 2006 and designed & painted by a known naval Artist Samson,
Title --
PT 374  Ron27, Balikpapan Borneo, Celebes Sea 1944-45.
It was involved in the Japanese Slot engagements and the Battle of the Philippine sea.   Prelim sketches also included with photo of artist.
He is a listed Naval artist and veteran of the US Navy.
