"THE LITTLE MERMAID" (TV) KEY MASTER PRODUCTION CEL AND ORIGINAL PAINTED BACKGROUD.  Yes, this is a key master set-up Mermaid cel from the TV series.  TV cels don't have nearly the value of the movie cels BUT a Key Master Setup has a much higher value than a cel on a copy background for instance.  One background is used many times over with many, many cels so only one Key Master set-up per background.  This particular cel is special in that all three characters are depicted.  As you can see, they are almost posing!  All characters are full figured with eyes opened, very opened.  It just doesn't get better than this.  Flat rate freight in the USA is .55.
