I want to point out that this particular example is well worn, yet totally complete and legible on every page. The front and rear cover have faded over time. As is shown in the photographs included with this listing, there are imperfections on both the front and rear covers as well as the spine.
I cannot find any imperfections inside the booklet and all pages are completely legible. One thing that makes this item even more interesting is the fact that the police sergeant that this was issued to is clearly identified as to his name and address.
